A name paying tribute to the 6 Black Cape cattle onboard the First Fleet that went missing, with only a couple of years under their belt, 6HEAD 1788 have changed the steak game in Sydney. Burrowed in the historic Campbells Cove in The Rocks with absolute Harbourfront views, Executive Chef Sean Hall painstakingly assembles his menu registering only the finest cuts of meat paired with your choice of over 250 wines from 6 of the World’s best wine regions. Wait staff that present your meat to you prior to cooking and, paired with the settlement themed, multi-level dining room, 6HEAD has generated a lot of buzz as one of the new kids on the block.
